Our herbal jelly is made by hand at the herbal tea window. It is a traditional Cantonese-style jelly with a smooth, firm texture and a light herbal taste.

Many people like it chilled, either plain or with a little syrup or milk poured over the top. It makes a refreshing snack on a hot afternoon in Chinatown.
