Tiras de nido de ave natural, 50g por botella

Bird's nest strips are long pieces of real nest that did not stay whole as cups. In the usual grading they come right after cups, so you get large, clean pieces without paying for the cup shape.

• 50 g per bottle
• Natural colour, no shine
• Checked by Carmen when each batch arrives

When Carmen checks a batch, she looks at it under the light. Good nest shows a clear texture and keeps its natural colour. Plastic fakes reflect light. Our strips are dry and ready to store.

How to prepare. Soak in cold water for 2 to 4 hours until the strips are soft and loose. Drain and double-boil gently, with rock sugar for a sweet version.
