Stewed bird's nest with rock sugar and pear is a classic Chinese sweet soup, sold at our shop. As the name says, bird's nest is slow-cooked with pear and rock sugar.

The pear gives a clean, fruity sweetness, and rock sugar keeps the sweetness mild and round. The bird's nest itself is soft and silky in the broth.
