Taking ginseng abroad
We can't ship ginseng outside Canada, but when you buy whole or sliced roots we can prepare a CITES export permit so you can carry them with you. Add a note to your order with your destination(s) and date(s) of arrival. Transit stops where you do not retrieve your checked-in luggage do not need a permit. Pack the ginseng in your checked-in luggage, not in your carry-on. More details on our Travelling with Ginseng page.

Buying in person
You can also shop at 78 Rue De La Gauchetière Ouest, Montréal, QC H2Z 1C1, open every day from 12 to 7 pm. We have more products in the shop than online.
