Our story
A ginseng shop in Montreal's Chinatown
Fosetter has sold Canadian-grown American ginseng since 2015. The shop is at 78 Rue De La Gauchetière Ouest, and we ship anywhere in Canada.
Ginseng is the heart of the shop. You'll also find sea cucumber, fish maw, bird's nest, cordyceps and herbal tea on the shelves.

Where our ginseng comes from
Straight from Ontario farms
Our Canadian ginseng comes directly from Ontario farms approved by the Ontario Ginseng Growers Association (OGGA), and we sell it under our NATIVE ULTRA label. Look for that name on the box.

2008 · Hôpital chinois de Montréal
The hospital gave Carmen a certificate of recognition for her volunteer work, and thanked Restaurant Keung Kee for sponsoring its volunteers' day on August 14, 2008.
2020 · Office of the Prime Minister
Carmen sent ginseng tea to the Prime Minister and his family. The Prime Minister's Office wrote back to confirm it had arrived and to thank her.
2021 · Hôpital chinois de Montréal
During COVID-19, Restaurant Keung Kee gave soup free of charge to the hospital's staff. The hospital wrote to thank her.

This is an amazing store that proudly promotes Chinese (Cantonese) culture and has made a wonderful contribution to the Chinese community in Montreal. The owner, Carmen, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The products are of outstanding quality, and the prices are excellent. I highly recommend this store—come and check it out!
I honestly had an amazing experience. The owner of the store was so kind and took the time to explain the process of ginseng and how they produce it.. It's rare to see a company that does their own products. She recommended A herbal tea for cold and to release mucus . And what surprised me is that she is not only selling her herbal tea, but she is selling homemade tea that is made from a big pot and is all natural ingredients. I will definitely come back to buy my products and to drink her tea from her store.
I went in looking for some tea for my mom and had such a wonderful experience. Lan was absolutely amazing! She provided exceptional customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable about products, and took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything.
The store has a great selection and a very welcoming atmosphere. I left with exactly what I was looking for and learned a lot in the process. I absolutely love this store, it's definitely worth a visit, and I'll certainly be coming back. Highly recommend!
