四神スープ

Chufu Sishen Soup is a traditional Chinese soup sold at our shop. Chufu (初伏) is the first period of the hottest days of summer in the Chinese calendar, and Sishen (四神) means "four spirits," the name of a classic soup traditionally built around four dried ingredients, usually Chinese yam, lotus seed, foxnut and wu ling zhi (五靈脂).

It is a mild, comforting soup that many families make at the start of summer.
