Natural Bird's Nest Cup VIP, 200g per box

Our VIP box holds 200 g of whole natural bird's nest cups, a good choice when you want to give bird's nest as a gift.

• 200 g per box
• Whole cups
• Dry, natural colour, checked when each batch arrives

Carmen checks every batch herself. Real bird's nest keeps its natural colour and does not shine, and under the light a good cup shows a clear texture. Plastic fakes reflect light, so this simple check tells a lot.

How to prepare. Soak the cups in cold water for 2 to 4 hours. When soft, separate the strands gently, drain, and double-boil with rock sugar or in a clear soup.
