This is an amazing store that proudly promotes Chinese (Cantonese) culture and has made a wonderful contribution to the Chinese community in Montreal. The owner, Carmen, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The products are of outstanding quality, and the prices are excellent. I highly recommend this store—come and check it out!
I honestly had an amazing experience. The owner of the store was so kind and took the time to explain the process of ginseng and how they produce it.. It's rare to see a company that does their own products. She recommended A herbal tea for cold and to release mucus . And what surprised me is that she is not only selling her herbal tea, but she is selling homemade tea that is made from a big pot and is all natural ingredients. I will definitely come back to buy my products and to drink her tea from her store.
I went in looking for some tea for my mom and had such a wonderful experience. Lan was absolutely amazing! She provided exceptional customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable about products, and took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything.
The store has a great selection and a very welcoming atmosphere. I left with exactly what I was looking for and learned a lot in the process. I absolutely love this store, it's definitely worth a visit, and I'll certainly be coming back. Highly recommend!
Fosetter is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. I came in looking for some basic guidance on supplements, expecting a quick recommendation at most, but instead received something far more meaningful: a thoughtful, generous lecture on life, health, and truly personalized nutrition. …
Tea is delicious, the lady owner is really nice. I had a lung congestion and this made me feel better instantly. No added sugar only natural food sugar
How do I know the ginseng is authentic Canadian ginseng?
Appearance alone can't prove origin. Buy from a seller on the Ontario Ginseng Growers Association buyer list, look for the OGGA "Running Root" logo, and ask for documents. Fosetter is on the OGGA list.
Do I need a permit to take ginseng out of Canada?
For whole or sliced roots, yes, under CITES. Powders, teas and other processed products don't need one. When you buy roots from us, we prepare the CITES export permit for free. Travelling with Ginseng
