This sweet soup comes from our herbal tea window menu, where we make it with coconut milk, peach gum and snow lotus seeds.

Peach gum is the natural resin of the peach tree. After soaking and cooking it turns soft, clear and jelly-like. Snow lotus seeds add another soft, slightly chewy bite, and the coconut milk brings everything together into a smooth, mild sweetness.
