Tổ yến thương hiệu Hongjia, 400g mỗi hộp

The Hongjia brand box holds 400 g of bird's nest cups, a generous size for households that make bird's nest regularly or share it across the family.

• Hongjia brand
• Bird's nest cups, 400 g per box
• Checked at our shop when it arrives

Even with a branded box, Carmen still checks each batch at the shop. She looks for natural colour with no shine, a clear texture under the light, and a dry nest.

How to prepare. Take out only what you need. Soak in cold water for 2 to 4 hours until soft, separate the strands, drain, and double-boil. Keep the rest sealed in a dry place.
